Who thought that putting a snack bar in the Hard Rock Cafe TOILET was a good idea? Really? I could see the good in selling the sanitary napkins, advil, etc. at the counter. Those are the types of items you would find in a bathroom medicine cabinet, so it isn’t a stretch to encounter them in a public toilet. However, the idea of unwrapping a snickers bar in a TOILET and chowing down on it leaves me with a creeping sense of horror.

The biggest impact on me from the moratorium on refined sugar is the speed and convenience at which I can stuff junk food into my gob. I can no longer go to the Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru window and eat anything I want off the menu (yes, I know that the idea that I could ever do that is flawed logic, but we are not talking about my “issues,” m’kay?). Now I have to stop and think about what I am eating.
